The City of Brighton is excited to announce the official launch of BOLT (Brighton On-Demand Local Transit), a new app-based, on-demand transit program designed to expand transportation access for residents and visitors. 

The launch event will take place on Thursday, Nov. 13, at 10 a.m. in the Brighton City Hall parking lot (500 S. 4th Avenue). Members of the public and the media are invited to attend the launch event for photo, video and interview opportunities. 

BOLT will offer a convenient, affordable, and eco-friendly way to get around town without needing a personal car. Whether you’re commuting, heading downtown, or connecting to RTD, BOLT will get you there with just a few taps on your phone—or a quick call. Designed for flexibility and accessibility, rides can be booked in English or Spanish, with most trips completed in about 30 minutes.
