Spark! Events

The City of Brighton's Performance and Leadership Academy Team is proud to now offer Spark! Events both internally and to external non-profits and government entities!

Now more than ever, organizations must be proactive in discussing pain points and building long-term strategies. Sometimes these topics require a neutral third party to help guide them and ensure the group gets the most out of their time together. Traditional consultants can be expensive for some organizations tackling budget challenges. That is where Spark! Events come in.

Spark! Events are facilitation events designed to help teams dig into sensitive pain points or address long-term strategies utilizing a neutral third-party facilitator from the Brighton Performance & Leadership Academy. The program offers three levels of facilitation for both City of Brighton teams and outside entities so you can tailor it to your group or topic. Better yet, since we know the budget challenges that face the public sector, we keep our prices low to help you jumpstart your organizational growth!
