Bike Brighton Sub-Committee
Meetings are on the 4th Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at the Brighton Recreation Center, 555 N 11th Avenue
Members will be appointed by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and will include Two (2) PRAB representatives appointed by City Council and Five (5) members from the public appointed by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. Brighton residency is not required.

The terms shall be four years providing that the initial appointments shall be one member for a one-year term, two members for a two-year term, and one member for a three-year term and one member for a four year term and thereafter the terms shall be staggered with new appointments made in November of every year.
The purpose of this subcommittee is to investigate and advise the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board relative to the issue of a bike friendly community.
Appointment of Committee
The members shall be appointed by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. Brighton residency is not required. Applications can be picked up at the City of Brighton Parks and Recreation office at Brighton City Hall, 500 S 4th Avenue or from the city’s website.
All applications will be reviewed by the two PRAB members that have been appointed by the city council and the top five candidates will then be interviewed by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
