Don't Find Your Passion, Develop It
Many young people are told they are born with an inherent passion just waiting to be revealed. They believe once they correctly identify their passion, they will have an endless source of motivation and easily win success. However, the common adage of "find your passion" can not always be the best advice. Researchers agree passions are not found, they are developed. If you are a young person feeling pressured to identify your life's purpose- then this is the session for you! We will briefly cover the research around passion and interest development, then dive into strategies to find what you care most about and leverage that to make a real difference.
