If you have received a juror summons for the Brighton Municipal Court you must call the business day prior after 4 p.m. to determine if your service is required.
If you are called to appear as a juror you will report directly to the Community Room on the 1st floor of the police department to check-in. Please bring your Juror Questionnaire with you.
No Longer a Resident?
If you are no longer a resident of the City of Brighton, you may be excused as a juror. Please mail, email or fax a utility bill showing your new residence and a copy of the summons you received to the court at:
