Brighton Municipal Court is a limited jurisdiction court serving the citizens of Brighton, Colorado. The Court has jurisdiction to hear cases of traffic, misdemeanor, animal and code violations, as well as parking citations.
Starting Friday, June 4, the following changes will be in effect for in-person and virtual hearings (*Note: On Friday, June 11, hearings will be virtual):
- Friday (all times)
- Tuesdays at 10 a.m.
The Court will request defendants wear a face covering and observe social distancing. If you are ill or unable to appear at your scheduled court date, please contact the Municipal Court by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or you may call (303) 655-2064 to discuss your options.
