The 2025 City of Brighton elections will be held Tuesday, Nov. 4, and include the election of mayor and at least one candidate from each of the city’s four wards.
The Brighton Youth Commission has partnered with Brighton Economic Development Corporation to host the 2025 City Council Candidate Forum on Oct. 8, 6-8 p.m. at the Sue Corbett Active Adult Center at Eagle View (1150 Prairie Center Parkway). The event is designed to help voters learn more about the candidates. The candidate forum is open to the public and will be recorded and made available for viewing on the city’s Comcast KBRI-8 channel and YouTube channel.
The 2025 City Council candidates are Mayor Gregory Mills, Ward I candidate Jessie Williams, Ward I candidate Rhianon Collins, Ward II candidate Ann Taddeo, Ward III candidate Kevin W. Forsyth, Ward III candidate Melinda Carbajal, and Ward IV candidate Peter Padilla.
