The Brighton community is invited to attend the opening reception for the City’s Eye for Art 2025 Fall Showcase on Friday, Sept. 26 from 5:30-7 p.m. at City Hall (500 S. 4th Avenue). Refreshments will be provided, and attendees may RSVP here.
The Fall Showcase features art pieces in vibrant oils, acrylics, inks, watercolors, graphite/color pencil, photography, sculpture, mixed media, and jewelry. The art will be on display beginning Monday, Sept. 22 at City Hall and on the City of Brighton's Eye for Art website — and is available for purchase (excluding art labeled “NFS”).
Many of the featured artists are scheduled to attend the reception. The 31 featured artists include Casey Ballard, Clark Brown, Roger Carver, Edie Dafoe, Gina De Gorna, Morgan Devillier, Mona Fansher, Julie Farr, Lili Floyd, Ed Hansen, Mary Hansen, Kathleen Hansen, Brooke Jernigan, Evyn Jones, Anthony LaCombe, Emily LeCleir, Kary Mayes, Chere Meckenstock, Grace Monge, Lindy Olson, Kameron Price, Beckett Ratzlaff, Zachary Reece, David Richers, Maru Steelman, Kirk Stevens, Ana Tejada, Susie Wheeler, Troy Younger, Grace Yu, and Jamie Zerr-Lockwood.
