12:45 p.m. - TRAFFIC ALERT: There is currently a water main break at North 7th Avenue and 168th Avenue. North 7th Avenue is closed from Midland Street to 168th Avenue.  Please avoid the area as crews work to repair it.

3:30 p.m. - Due to a water main break earlier today at North 7th Avenue and 168th Avenue, residents in the area may be experiencing discolored water. If this is the case, please call 303-655-2117 to report it. We will provide updates on the situation as they come available.

4:55 p.m. - Emergency Water Main Repair Notice: At approximately 11:15 a.m., the City of Brighton experienced a large water main break at the intersection of North 7th Avenue and 168th Avenue. Water service has been shut off in this area due to necessary repairs to the water distribution system. Repairs will be made as quickly as possible. Service may be interrupted for an extended period of time. After we complete repairs, we will flush the water mains in your area. This process may stir up sediment in the pipes and result in discolored water.
