Floating BOGA boards bring land fitness to the water! Master body weight and resistance band exercises like pushups, sit ups, planks and other unique adaptations created by our instructors. The instability of being on water will create a total body workout that you are sure to enjoy.
This class takes place Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 to 11 a.m. Register for one, or both days. This class is free with entry to the Brighton Recreation Center.
