1.
I do not plan on swimming. Do I still need to pay?
Yes, everyone who enters must pay the entrance fee. While you may not be swimming, you are still using a chair that a paying guest may wish to use. You will probably use the restrooms, but most importantly, our staff is responsible for you. If you became injured or ill, we are required to assist you and are legally responsible for you.
2.
How do I prove residency?
Your current valid Colorado Driver’s license with a current address; or
2. A valid Colorado identification card with a current address; or
3. A real estate tax notice, current utility bill, or a lease or rental receipt
Showing residency within Brighton legal city limits.
3.
What is the height requirement for riding the slides?
You must be 48" tall to ride the slides.
4.
My child does not meet the height requirement but wishes to ride the slide. What are my options?
Your child may take a swim test during one of our rest periods. Upon successful completion of the swim test he/she will receive a wrist band. The wrist band allows them to ride the green slide with an adult. They are not allowed to ride the yellow slide with the wrist band, nor may they swim unattended. A wrist band only gives them access to the green slide with an adult and the climbing wall.
5.
Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
You may bring in your own food and drink. Alcohol is not permitted and you cannot bring in knives or other such utensils. We do provide a full service concession stand with many great food items at very reasonable prices!
6.
Can I bring in my own shade structure?
If you have a lightweight shade structure that is able to be staked to the ground you may bring it in. We do not allow loose sunbrellas or heavy pop-up tents. These become flying missiles in the wind and may cause injury.
7.
What qualifies as a swim suit?
Any item purchased in the swim wear section qualifies as appropriate swim wear. Gym shorts and t-shirts are not considered appropriate swim wear. Denim and other street clothes are not allowed. Water shoes may be worn with the exception of on the slides.

10.
Why do you have rest periods? Can my child stay in the water with me?
We call rest periods three times a day. This provides an opportunity for children to rest and use the rest room, and families to touch base. It also gives staff an opportunity to perform safety checks and swim tests. Your child may remain in the water if they are 12 months or younger.
11.
