We are always on the lookout for high quality people to add to our year-round and seasonal team! If you're interested in being a lifeguard with us, get your certification early - we run classes through the winter and spring seasons at the Brighton Recreation Center.

We also look for Concessions staff, Custodial staff, and Junior Lifeguards to round out our awesome team. All staff who work for us get a free pass to the rec center, flexible hours, competitive pay, accrued paid sick leave, and you'll get to work in the best office that Colorado has to offer! We have a variety of employment opportunities for those 15 years of age or older. Junior Lifeguard Program
Not 15 yet? We have volunteer opportunities for 14-year-olds! If you successfully complete our Junior Lifeguard program, it will give you job experience, a free summer pass to the Oasis, a free lifeguard certification when you are of age, and you'll get hired at a higher rate if you choose to work with the City of Brighton as a lifeguard!
Volunteer hours worked in this program can be used for school-required volunteer hours. If you are interested in applying, please email Taylor Krolopp at tkrolopp@brightonco.gov. (Parents, let your kiddo take the reigns! We want to hear from interested 14-year-olds taking their own initiative!)
