Contractors and citizens now have the capability to track the progress of permits, business licenses, and land use projects online. The eServices site allows applicants to view and print their review comments as they are available. Another convenient feature for our customers is the ability to track, view, and print inspection results daily. This progressive option will provide live, up-to-the-minute reporting for our customers without the need to pick up the phone.
Future enhancements, targeted for later this year, will include providing contractors and homeowners the ability to log on to an eServices account, allowing them the option to schedule their own inspections, submit applications and miscellaneous documentation online, as well as pay for and print a copy of their permit.
