Do you want this year to be the year you achieve your fitness goals? Beginning Jan. 2, the Brighton Recreation Center will be hosting an eight-week team transformation challenge. Each registration includes three one-on-one personal training sessions, group training twice a week and an initial nutrition consultation. Pick your team based on your availability of the group training days and times upon registration. Teams may have up to 10 people. Personal Trainers will be the captains of your team to help you stay accountable, track progress, and answer any questions that you may have. A registered dietician will also be available to help you come up with a nutrition plan. 

The best transformation team will win bragging rights and T-shirts! The challenge runs Jan. 2 - Feb. 24 and costs $100 per person. The deadline to register is Jan. 2. Call the Brighton Recreation Center at 303-655-2200 to sign up today!
