[ARCHIVED] Call for entries for 2022 Festival of Lights Parade

FOL_ParadeCall

Help spread holiday cheer when the City of Brighton presents the 27th Annual Festival of Lights Parade with your most creative, colorful light entry. The nighttime electric light parade themed “A Hometown Holiday Tradition” is set for Saturday, December 10 starting at 5 p.m. in downtown Brighton. Participants are encouraged to use lights and their imagination to incorporate the theme into their entry. To submit an entry, visit Brighton’s Festival of Lights Parade.

The number of parade entries will be limited to 65. Entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The city strongly encourages you to send in your complete set of entry paperwork (including driver and insurance information) as soon as possible, so you don't miss your opportunity to participate. The last day that we can receive your paperwork is Friday, November 25.

For more information on the parade map, rules, lighting requirements, equine/livestock parade entry information and more, visit brightonco.gov/festivaloflights.

The city is accepting sponsorships for the Festival of Lights Parade. The deadline for sponsorship commitment is Nov. 4. To learn more about sponsorship opportunities, visit brightonco.gov/468/Sponsorship

If you have questions regarding the parade, please call Special Events Coordinator Susie O'Connor at 303-655-2218.
