JumpBunch is a program that offers “a friendly introduction to sports and fitness.” Demo classes will be held Friday, May 13 at 10:15 a.m. and 11 a.m. The Brighton Recreation Center will be hosting two summer camps: Sports Camp, where children are introduced to a variety of sports and games, and Ninja Training, where children can focus on balance and acrobatics and learning good qualities from superheroes and ninjas!  These two camps are for kids ages 4-8 in June and July.  

 

Sports Camp Session 1: 

June 7th, 9th, 14th, and 16th 

10 a.m. -11:30 a.m.

$86 

Ages: 4-8 (must be 4 years of age by the beginning of camp)
 
Sports Camp Description:

This Camp focuses on teaching different spots each day. Every Child will receive their own piece of equipment to practice their skills. Our highly-educated coaches will teach the fundamentals of a particular sport, while promoting teamwork and good sportsmanship. Some of the sports taught during this camp are basketball, football, lacrosse, tennis, volleyball, cross country running, track and field, golf, hockey, baseball/softball, handball, and badminton. Why focus on just one sport when you can learn them all with this one stop camp!


 

Ninja Training Camp Session 2 

July 12th, 14th, 18th, and 21st  

10 a.m. -11:30 a.m.

$86 

Ages: 4-8 (must be 4 years of age by the beginning of camp)

Ninja Training Camp Description: 

This Program is all about training your kiddo to possess the qualities of brave Superheroes and Stealthy Ninjas! To be a Hero, you must have strength, agility, and speed and Ninja's are focused, balanced and acrobatic! We focus on learning these special skills through fun games and activities such as "Jumping over hot lava," "dodging fireballs," "light saber training," "scooter flying," "ghostbuster tag," and so many more! Being a Hero also means having compassion for society, a kind heart, and willingness to do good for others. In this camp, your kiddo will gain confidence, and compassion and learn how to be the best version of themselves.
