Through the City of Brighton’s partnership with conservation nonprofit Resource Central, businesses and homeowner associations (HOAs) can receive a free water audit. The audits are part of Resource Central’s Slow the Flow program, which aims to help Colorado residents and municipalities increase their water use efficiency, adhere to management practices and reach conservation goals.
During the audit, a trained technician from Resource Central will work with you to review your property’s outdoor use to determine how to improve your water use efficiency. To participate in the program, visit Resource Central or call 303-999-3824.
Additionally, the City of Brighton offers a consultation for single-family residential customers seeking a more water efficient home. A City employee will assist in providing the most efficient way to use your irrigation system. To participate in this program, contact Louis Morris, Utilities Program Coordinator, by emailing lamorris@brightonco.gov or call 303-655-2243.
To find out more about both programs, visit the City of Brighton website.
