More than 50 artists and 160 pieces of art are now featured in the newest Eye For Art “Return to Summer” exhibit at City Hall. The artwork ranges in medium, including oil, acrylic, watercolor and computer paintings, graphite drawings, photography, fused glass, pottery, mixed media, jewelry and various sculptures.
Artists featured: Olivia Andruss, Frank Carrillo, Mary Chan, Ron Cupps, Kim Davis, Randy Davis, David DeHoyos, Sheri Farabaugh, Leo Fautsch, Mona Fransher, Richard Gallagher, Dean Glorso, Amber Gomez, Jo Griff, Breanna Gutierrez, Terry Hagen, Edward Hansen, Mary Hansen, Marcelle Hendricks, Jan Hepp-Struck, Andrea Hofmeister, Linda Kirkendall, Rose Ann Knight, Lauren Lang, Denise Leck, Pam Lendi, Gail Lindsey, Soleil Luna, Linda Lee March, Gail Marchetti, Alana Martinez, Kary Mayes, MJ McCafferty, William Nicol, Mary Olsavsky, Jameson Owens, Sara Ratzlaff, Alice Riley Melissa, Rippy, Lauren Romero, Judyth Schissler, Rosanne Schwartz, Kim Shaklee, Carl Steitz, Kirk Stevens, Dottie Urban, Susie Wheeler, Tammi Williams, Courtney Woodruff, Millie Young, Grace Yu and Jamie Zerr-Lockwood.
The exhibit is open to the public through November 23 throughout the floors of City Hall (500 S. 4th Ave.). Artwork is available for purchase (excluding art labeled NFS).
The Office of Arts and Culture will also host Brighton's pARTy bus on Friday, July 30. The ride will be from 6 - 9 p.m., taking passengers to three different art receptions happening all in one night. Details here.
