[ARCHIVED] Hop on Brighton’s pARTy Bus

The Office of Arts and Culture will host Brighton’s pARTy Bus Friday, July 30 from 6 to 9 p.m. The bus will take passengers to three different art receptions happening all in one night. 


The bus will continuously circle the route from each reception. Attendees have the freedom to hop on or off at any time and are advised to park at any of the receptions. There is no cost to ride the bus or attend the art reception. 


The art receptions that will take place include:

  • Art at the Armory exhibit at the Armory Performing Arts Center (300 Strong Street)
  • Featuring local artists 
  • Entertainment and refreshments will be provided
  • Eye for Art “Return to Summer” art exhibit at Brighton City Hall (500 S. 4th Avenue)
    • The public is invited to visit with the artists of this inspirational exhibit. There are more than 150 thought provoking pieces of effervescent art.
    • Entertainment and refreshments will be provided
  • Main Street Creatives Gallery art reception at 36 South Main Street 
    • Main Street Creatives has 20 studio artists, some of whom help make up the 19 gallery artists and is home to the Art Academy of Colorado. Most artwork is representational and ranges in medium, including oils and acrylics, inks and pastels, watercolors and jewelry, bronze and feathers, ceramics and fabric art
    • Entertainment and refreshments will be provided
