The public is invited to attend the Brighton Police Department’s Community Meeting on Wednesday, May 26 at 6 p.m. on Zoom (see log-in details below). Department staff will be presenting recent crime trends and statistics, crime prevention tips and the implementation of body-worn cameras. A Q&A session will follow for staff to respond to questions from the public.
The virtual meeting will be the first of several Brighton Police community meetings to come for 2021 and beyond. Once COVID-19 guidelines allow, the department plans on transitioning to in-person meetings.
“I think these meetings represent a great opportunity to connect and communicate with citizens,” said Commander Matthew Domenico of the Brighton Police Department.
