[ARCHIVED] City Council accepts resignation of city attorney

Last night, Brighton City Council voted 8-0 to accept the resignation of City Attorney Jack Bajorek, authorizing the payment of four months severance pursuant to his employment agreement with the city.

Bajorek began his service with the city on Aug. 6, 2018. City Council named Deputy City Attorney Lena McClelland as acting city attorney.
