Every December, Wreaths Across America (WAA) honors fallen military members by placing a wreath on the graves of veterans. To honor this tradition, the City of Brighton is again joining Wreaths Across America on Saturday, Dec. 19 to lay remembrance wreaths on the graves of our local fallen heroes at Elmwood Cemetery.

Sponsorships start at $15 per wreath and is customizable to the number of wreaths you'd like to sponsor. To sponsor a wreath(s), go to http://www.wreathsacrossamerica.org/CO0149. The deadline for sponsorships is Monday, Nov. 30.

Volunteers will be helping to lay the wreaths on Dec. 19. Due to the evolving nature of COVID-19 restrictions, the guidelines of this process will be released as the date approaches.
