The City of Brighton’s Municipal Court will be closed to the public Tuesday, Oct. 27 in response to several City of Brighton employees testing positive for COVID-19. Out of precaution to keep our employees and visitors safe, City Manager Jane Bais DiSessa has temporarily closed all city-operated facilities effective Monday, Oct. 26. The Brighton Police Department remains open only for essential public safety services.
Any cases or hearings that were scheduled for Oct. 27 will be rescheduled to a later date and notices will be sent to the address on the summons. If the address needs to be changed, please email the court at municourt@brightonco.gov.
