Virtual Moonlight Bike Ride kicks off Oct. 1

Tune up your bicycle and get ready for the Bike Brighton Virtual Moonlight Bike Ride from Oct. 1 - 14. During these two weeks, the Brighton community is encouraged to ride the designated 7.5-mile route through the city, with a special music playlist to jam out to while getting fresh air.

Participants can create a free profile with Strava to document their ride and find the routes others are doing around town: 

When bicyclists complete their ride, they’re asked to take a photo and send it alongside their route to

Due to COVID-19-related health and safety concerns, participants are required to wear face coverings unless they are bicycling. Helmets are recommended. 

The Moonlight Bike Ride is hosted by Bike Brighton and the Brighton Recreation Center.
