[ARCHIVED] Brighton Youth Services to launch Growing Grads’ Crash Course Series

Brighton Youth Services is set to host its new Growing Grad’s program Crash Course: Road Map to Success series starting on July 21. Young adults aged 14 to 24 will get to take a virtual seat in the series to learn professional development and life skills ranging from public speaking to healthy relationships. The crash course aims to help young adults prepare for their careers and next steps in life.

The July 21 course focuses on confident communication, featuring speaker Andrew Weiss. Once voted the top public speaker in all of Central and Southern Oregon, Weiss is a full-time coach and consultant for brands. From how to cope with nerves before a presentation to actively engaging your audience, Weiss will go over how to achieve goals through confident communication. The course begins at 11 a.m. 

The series is free, but registration is required. Registration for the July 21 course is available here: Upon registration, you will receive the link to the course.
