Bellco Credit Union is in the process of establishing its first branch in Brighton at 450 Bromley Lane Unit 101B, located in Palizzi Marketplace. Founded in 1936 to serve Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph employees, the financial establishment is one of the largest credit unions in Colorado. It will be joining other tenants of the existing retail building, including adjacent T-Mobile and Elite Nails, with the main breadth of work to include improvements such as fresh interior finishing details and mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work.
As a financial institution, plans for the retail space involve the creation of use-specific areas such as a vestibule, customer self-service amenities and corresponding employee retrieval areas, customer waiting areas, a teller pod, and customer service office stations. The floors will be clad in a dark low-pile carpet abutting contrasting white tile, and the walls painted in calming blue and subtle tan hues. New restroom fixtures and finishes, featuring white Emser tile, will be added. Bellco will be relocating a majority of the required equipment and furniture from its Cherry Creek branch, an efficient strategy allowing for revitalization through reuse at the anticipated Brighton location.
