Utility customers who qualify may receive up to $300 worth of vouchers per year to assist them with paying their utility bill. Utility customers in need of assistance may apply online, or to request a paper application call 303-655-2004 or email costrom@brightonco.gov The Water Assistance Program is only available to City Brighton residents and all customers will be asked to show proof of residency at the address associated with their utility bill.

Applicant Guidelines
- Must be a Brighton residential water customer
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legally residing in the U.S.
- May not have a tampering charge in the last twelve (12) months
- Must demonstrate financial need. Residents experiencing loss of income due to COVID-19 are encouraged to apply
