As a way to help our customers during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, the City of Brighton will waive all late fees and water shut-offs through April 20.
This credit will automatically be applied to eligible customers and there is no need to call to receive it. However, any utility customer who has tampered with their meter in the past 90 will be ineligible for this credit.
We will continue to monitor the situation and re-evaluate our processes on an ongoing basis. Please note, if you anticipate difficulty paying your bill, please give us a call. Our Utility Customer Service team is available to help you at 303-655-2009.
Remember, we are not accepting in-person payments at this time but we do offer several convenient ways for you to access your account and make payments that are fee-free, secure and will post to your account immediately.
