[ARCHIVED] Texas Roadhouse opening Feb. 17 in Brighton

Texas Roadhouse is getting ready to open it’s newest location in Brighton! On Monday, Feb. 17, Brighton Economic Development Corporation President and CEO Michael Martinez, Greater Brighton Chamber of Commerce Board Member Kevin Kildow, and city officials will join Texas Roadhouse for a ribbon cutting ceremony at 2 p.m. before the restaurant officially opens to the community at 3 p.m.

Texas Roadhouse broke ground in August 2019 and will bring its hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs, made from scratch sides, fresh-baked bread and Legendary Margaritas to Brighton. The restaurant’s newest location is located in Prairie Center at 3738 Eagle Blvd.
