Shortly after 3 a.m. on Saturday morning, the City was advised that the Outdoor Emergency Warning System siren at 50th and Bromley was activated due to a system malfunction. At no time, was there a weather-related emergency. We apologize for the inconvenience and concern this caused our residents. We are currently researching the cause of the malfunction and anticipate having the siren fixed quickly.
