To help kick off the summer irrigation season, the City of Brighton will be offering two landscape seminars provided by the Center for ReSource Conservation. The first seminar is “Turf Management” with David Bailey to be held on April 9 from 6 – 8 p.m. Turf Management will focus on care and maintenance of landscape including sprinkler systems. The second seminar will be “Intro to Xeriscape” with Curtis Manning to be held on April 14 from 6 – 8 p.m. Intro to Xeriscape will help those interested in xeriscape get started.
Both seminars are free and open to the public. They will be held at the Brighton Recreation Center, located at 555 North 11th Avenue. Pre-registration at CRC 303-999-3820 or at www.conservationcenter.org is recommended but not required.
