Track your cycling miles for the month of February for a chance to win a prize at the end of the month! You can record your miles daily by picking up a calendar from our cycling studio - we will collect them to determine a winner.

New Year Transformation Challenge: January 2 - February 24new year transformation challenge

Accomplish your goals this year with a new fitness challenge! 

This eight-week team challenge will be a great way to get started on the right foot. Each registration includes three one-on-one personal training sessions, group trainings twice a week and an initial nutrition consultation. Pick your team based on your availability and the group training days and times upon registration. 

Personal Trainers will be the captains of your team to help you stay accountable, track progress and answer any questions that you may have. A registered dietician will also be available to help you come up with a nutrition plan.

Cost:  $100 per person 


Registration deadline: January 2 


Min/Max: 2/10 per team
