Pickleball During Shutdown
We will be playing pickleball Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at a park in East Brighton. The park has two dedicated pickleball courts and an adjacent tennis court with pickleball lines. We could potentially have four outdoor courts. This park is in an area of new housing development and is shown on google maps as a vacant area. The streets are shown on Google maps however.
Directions to the park are as follows:
Traveling East on Bridge Street: Proceed all the way to I-76. Turn left on the frontage road on the west side of I-76. Proceed a short distance on the frontage road to N. 60th Avenue. Turn left (North) on N. 60th avenue to Argentine Pass. This is the first road past the Fracking installation. Turn Left on Argentine Pass and follow it to the park which will be on the left. (Just a note; Argentine Pass changes to roaring Fork street after several blocks. Google maps shows the street as Roaring Fork the entire way).
The pickleball courts are on the north east corner of the park. ( streets are Bear Creek Ct and Poudre River Pl. --shown on Google maps).
Traveling East on 168th Street: Proceed to N. 60th Avenue. Turn Right on N 60th avenue to Argentine Pass. Turn right on Argentine Pass and follow to the park. It will be approximately 6-8 blocks.
There are no bathrooms in this park so plan accordingly. Hats, Sunscreen, water and maybe lawn chairs are recommended.
