The grass is turning green and the flowers are in bloom and that means spring has sprung in Brighton. But it also means construction season is here. The City of Brighton will be starting two maintenance operations the week of May 7: paint striping and shoulder work. Paint striping will be on-going throughout the summer and the shouldering work is expected to ends by early June.
There will not be any signs or traffic control during these operations because they are constantly moving but you will see a pilot truck and cones in work area. Drivers are being asked to use caution when one of these moving operations are in progress.
