The Office of Youth Services has created a new group, Youth Serving Organizations, to identify gaps, coordinate efforts, map resources and collaborate in order to provide better services to our community. We will kick-off this series with a hot chocolate startup Thursday, Nov. 30.
Does your organization offer services to children, youth, and families in the City of Brighton and/or School District 27J? Would you like to gather more information on services being provided from other organizations that impact families? Do you have ideas or resources that are underutilized? Or, maybe you just want to hear what children and parents feel is needed in our area? If any of these questions apply, please join the Office of Youth Services on Thursday, Nov. 30, 10 am, at Historic City Hall, for the first of five meetings in the series.
This meeting is free to attend. Please RSVP to https://www.eventbrite.com/e/hot-chocolate-series-startup-tickets-39631271199.
For questions about the program, please contact Community Resources Liaison with the City of Brighton, Office of Youth Services, Melinda Weatherholt at 303-655-2119.
