Selections for the “Colors of Life” art exhibit announced

The City of Brighton’s Eye for Art program has announced its selections for the “Colors of Life” art exhibit at Brighton City Hall, 500 S. 4th Ave.  The show will open Monday, Sept. 18 with more than 250 thought provoking pieces of effervescent abstracts, awe inspiring life moments and inspirational Fall/Winter and Seasonal artwork from 75 local and regional artists.

The “Colors of Life” art exhibit features unique artwork created in brilliant oils, acrylics, inks, watercolors, graphite/color pencil, exquisite photography, feather art, stained & caramel glass, fused glass and Jewelry.  Artwork is available for purchase and are ready to enhance your home or business office with original artwork.  Wearable art is also available and is an exquisite addition to any jewelry chest or gift list for the holidays.  This exhibit is free to the public.

Artist Reception for the Public: The public is invited to meet the artists of this exhibit at an open house from 6 – 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29, at Brighton City Hall.  Visit with the artists of this inspirational Colors of Life exhibit.
