The Brighton Economic Development Corporation (Brighton EDC) confirms that Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom, a traditional casual dining restaurant specializing in craft beer, pizza and taproom friendly food, will be making its way to the Brighton, Colorado, community in the first half of 2017.
Poised to open in late spring, the innovative pizza joint, brings a new flavor and menu to the Brighton’s Prairie Center Shopping Center. Offering dining options for lunch, dinner, happy hour and late-night, it will offer more than 90 craft beers, including more than 35 on tap, and a unique food and beer pairing experience. Old Chicago Pizza and Taproom is the home of the World Beer Tour and a proud member of the CraftWorks family, the largest operator of brewery restaurants in the U.S.
