Utility Billing Division
Our staff currently serves approximately 11,000 water meter accounts. We provide monthly readings of water meters and produce a monthly water/sewer/storm bill to each customer. We make every attempt to answer each telephone call, but if you get our voice mail, please leave a message and we will get back to you just as soon as we can.
The Utility Billing Division is responsible for generating utility bills for water, wastewater and storm drainage services and for providing customer assistance for citizens who may have questions about their bills. It is our goal to provide friendly, professional service to our customers.
News and NotesGrace Period
Effective immediately, a grace period will go into effect for utility bills moving forward. To clarify, the grace period will consist of 5 calendar days after the bill's due date before the late charge will be added to your account. Utility bills are due on Thursdays (specific dates depending on your route), and if payment is not received by close of business on the following Tuesday, your account will be subject to a late fee of $25.
